Vegan Mentoring

Making the transition to veganism is an individual process. Some people find it natural and easy, while others prefer to have guidance and support as they adjust their diet and consumer habits, as well as communicate with the people in their lives about why they are taking personal steps to reduce animal suffering.

Depending on your circumstances, going vegan can be a drastic change. Many new vegans find that they are challenged as they negotiate around family traditions, conflicts with romantic partners, or misunderstandings from friends or co-workers. As your mentor, I provide you with coaching and guidance that will increase your confidence and have you be a powerful voice for the animals as you communicate about your choices.
