Have you ever wished you could have someone in your corner to turn to when you're not sure which step to take next, feeling discouraged and want to give up on your dream? Someone to cheer you on when you're doing well and remind you when you start to fall back into old habits that just don't deliver the results you really want? Someone to check in with you and hold you accountable for following through with things that you probably wouldn't on your own?

You may not have known it, but you were wishing for a personal coach. When you use my support as a coach, you get a cheerleader; a partner in accountability; and support when you're discouraged, overwhelmed, or unsure about which step to take next. You get someone committed to your success and a skilled listener who will give you valuable feedback that will get you moving on a faster track to success.

As your coach, I can work with you to discover where it is that you tend to get stuck and we can go to work on that area together. I will not tell you what you should do, but I will offer my perspective and ask questions designed to bring clarity around what isn't working and ultimately, what would work better for you.

Coaching isn't a tool for people struggling with serious dysfunction. It isn't therapy, either. However, it can be a great supplement to therapy for some or a transitory step out of a therapuetic setting for others.

Coaching is for people who want to take their ambitions on, expand what they're working on in life, or a life that they're really excited about. Although I don't diagnose or fix those who I coach, I support clients to become more effective, confident, and powerful in whatever arena or cause matters most to them.
